John Krumins

Biography

John Krumins (appointed in 2013) is a banker with over 20 years’ experience in mergers and acquisitions in domestic and international markets. He has also worked extensively on capital raising and restructuring, in both the debt and equity markets, having held senior positions with Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank and Societe Generale. In his earlier career he worked as a management consultant for Strategic Planning Associates, focusing on the telecommunications, consumer and services sectors. He holds a Masters degree in Chemical Engineering from Cambridge University and a Masters degree in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
