Kazi Dinsmore

Biography

Kazi Dinsmore served as the British Deputy High Commissioner to Maldives from January 2023 to August 2024.

Kazi joined the UK Civil Service in 2018 following 10 years in the Royal Navy and 7 years in the private security sector. He has held leadership, management, and operational positions in the Cabinet Office and the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office.

Kazi holds a Master of Arts in Diplomatic Studies from the University of Leicester. His wide-ranging interests include history, travelling and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
