Biography
Kirsty joined Homes England in September 2022. She is Homes England’s first Chief Operating Officer. She previously held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Care Quality Commission, where she was responsible for a complex portfolio of policy, digital and organisational change, transforming the Commission into a flexible and insight-driven regulator.
Kirsty has responsibility for ensuring operational efficiency through systems, people and process, delivering a new target operating model for the organisation which will ensure the Agency is appropriately organised and structured to deliver our objectives.
