Leigh Anne Clarke
Biography
Leigh Anne has been Head of Litigation in the Office of the Advocate General since December 2021.
Leigh Anne has worked in various roles across the Office of the Advocate General, including in the Immigration Team defending actions raised in Scotland against the Secretary of State for the Home Department, and in the Advisory & Legislation Division where Leigh Anne worked as part of the Bill Team for the Scotland Act 2016.
Head of Litigation Division
The Head of Litigation Division is responsible for supporting the Advocate General in relation to his devolution issue functions under the Scotland Act 1998 and for securing effective representation of UK Government interests in Scottish litigation.
