Lorraine Zuleta
Biography
Lorraine is a business coach and Non-Executive Director working largely in financial services and the Third sector. Over her career she has held several senior posts in the private, public and voluntary sectors in the UK, Spain and Venezuela. She was a Partner and International Reward Practice Leader of the professional services firm Towers Perrin (now Willis Towers Watson). She was an elected Member of the London Borough of Southwark for 8 years, Executive Member for 6 years and a Committee Chair for 2 years. She has experience with pay reviews both as a consultant on complex global projects and as a member of pay negotiating bodies in the UK including the GLPC, the London Councils’ pay negotiating body, and the SSSNB, the now defunct School Support Staff Negotiating Body. She is Chair of Time & Talents, a community organisation in Bermondsey and Rotherhithe, a Board Member of Fusion Lifestyle and an Honorary Alderman of the London Borough of Southwark. Lorraine has a BSc (Hons) in Maths from the University of Sussex and a post graduate certificate in Coaching from Henley Business School.
