Lucinda Stallard
Biography
Lucinda Stallard is the Legal Counsellor at the Permanent Mission of the United Kingdom to the United Nations and Other International Organisations in Geneva, where she provides advice on public international law and negotiates multilateral agreements.
She previously served as an international law adviser in the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office. Before starting at the FCDO, she worked for the Department for Exiting the European Union, focussing on negotiations of the EU-UK Withdrawal Agreement and specialising in treaty law.
Lucinda is studying a Master’s degree in Public International Law at University College London alongside her current role.
