Luke Crosby

Biography

Luke Crosby was appointed Interim Head of LAA Digital on 1 February 2017.

Previously Head of Business Analysis and User Relations in the Digital team, Luke transferred to the Legal Aid Agency in 2013 from its predecessor organisation, the Legal Services Commission. He has worked in legal aid for 13 years. He has held a number of roles in policy, operations, service development and business change. He is a digital specialist who has worked on many high profile projects and programmes in the Ministry of Justice.
