Biography
Marie Hardeman joined the Rural Payments Agency (RPA) in 2023. Before this, Marie’s career was spent delivering public services that make a difference to people and communities. She has worked in local government and social housing in a range of leadership roles in operational delivery, transformation, and customer engagement.
