Mark Kelly
Biography
Mark Kelly was appointed Deputy Head of Mission to the British Embassy, Conakry in October 2024.
Mark joined the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office in 2019. Before moving to Guinea, he worked in the FCDO’s Legal Department and Crisis Management Department.
Prior to joining the office, Mark lived and work in both Spain and Mexico. He speaks Spanish and French.
