Nauman Dar
Biography
Nauman has dedicated his career to leveraging digital technologies and advancements to foster innovation, enhance operational efficiencies, and improve customer experience. With a strong digital and business transformation foundation, he believes people and customers should always be at the heart of decision-making processes.
After graduating from Strathclyde University, in 2001, Nauman joined BT where he would spend 14 years in roles covering change, programme management and operations, as well as leading large service delivery teams to execute major change programmes.
In 2015, Nauman was appointed PMO Director, EMEA Professional Services at ARRIS Solutions, where he crafted a growth strategy for Professional Services. He then transitioned to Cigna Healthcare, in 2017, as Deputy Transformation Director & Head of PMO, where he spearheaded a digital transformation to establish a global operating model supported by a unified global platform.
In 2022, Nauman joined Deloitte as Director for Major Programmes, where he delivered transformational change and developed solutions to support client growth.
Beyond his professional roles, Nauman serves as a Non-Executive Director at NHS Lanarkshire, contributing to developing its digital roadmap. He is also actively involved in various youth organisations and career mentoring networks, nurturing future industry leaders.
