Nicky Wilden
Biography
Nicky Wilden was appointed as a non-executive member of the HMCTS Board in November 2020 and chair of the HMCTS Audit and Risk Assurance Committee.
Nicky is currently a non-executive board member of Central & Cecil Housing Trust where she also chairs the Group Risk & Audit Committee and is a member of the Group Nominations & Remuneration Committee.
She has substantial previous experience as a non-executive board member including at: London & Continental Railways Ltd where she chaired the Audit and Risk Committee; and as vice-chair at Origin Housing Association, where she also acted as chair of the Investment Committee and of Governance and Remuneration Committee. She is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years’ experience in the real estate sector.
Her executive roles have included: director in the corporate finance teams of two of the top global property service providers; corporate finance director of an Aim listed property development company; and Chief Financial Officer of one of the largest private property investment companies in the UK.
