Paula Dixon
Biography
Paula became the Agency’s Chief Operating Officer in 2024. She is part of the Agency’s Executive Committee contributing to the corporate leadership, strategic direction and management of the VOA, and is directly accountable for customer service performance and Council Tax, business rates and Rent Office Function-related service delivery.
Paula has experience across the whole of the Agency’s business, including leading teams in Council Tax and the Customer Service Centre. She also headed the Agency’s District Valuer Service team for many years, providing independent, impartial, valuation and professional property advice across the entire public sector. She is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and part of the Government Property and Operational Delivery professions.
