Peter Wyman

Biography

Peter Wyman was appointed as a non-executive board member and also the chair of Companies House’s audit committee on 1 January 2011.

Peter has held positions in the private, public and voluntary sectors. He was a partner in PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and was president of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales from 2002 to 2003.

He was awarded a CBE for services to the accountancy profession in 2006.
