Phil Brown

Biography

Phil Brown joined HS2 in 2018 bringing over 25 years of experience in the management and delivery of major infrastructure projects both within the UK and internationally.  This has included roles as client, consultant and contractor in both public and private sectors.

​​​​​​​Focussing on the enabling works for Phase 2a and integration of the Design and Delivery Partner (DDP), Phil’s experience of working within the delivery partner consortium on the London 2012 Olympics brings specific knowledge and insight to how HS2 will work alongside the DDP.
