Biography
Rebecca Ellis took up her role as Director of Strategy at the Home Office in January 2024.
Before that she served as the Director of System Leadership: Strategy and Design in the Migration and Borders Group.
Strategy Director
The Strategy Directorate is a central function within the Home Office.
The Directorate includes: Private Office; Parliamentary and legislative affairs; sponsorship of inquires, arm’s length bodies (ALBs) and entities (ALEs); delivery oversight; policy development and strategy.
