Biography
Richard Hennessy became Director of Operations (South) at the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) in April 2017.
Before joining DVSA, Richard had a number of roles at British Gas. The most recent of which were:
- Head of UK Smart Operations and Strategy
- Head of Customer Service Delivery, Wales
