Rosalind Hedley-Miller

Biography

Rosalind Hedley-Miller (appointed in 2013) was, until 2014, a Managing Director of Commerzbank AG, where she had responsibility for the M&A Advisory department in London. She worked at Commerzbank or its predecessor companies for over 30 years, having joined Kleinwort Benson from Schroders in 1979. Previously she was a non-executive director of Bejam Group (1987–1989) and of TV-am (1990–1993). She has also been a member of the Industrial Development Advisory Board, an external member of the Finance Committee of the Oxford University Press and a trustee of the Rhodes Trust. Rosalind is also a specialist communications and utility panel member.
