Rossa Commane
Biography
Rossa Commane was Deputy Head of Mission and HM Consul at the British Embassy in Montevideo from July 2017 to February 2022.
Rossa has previously worked for the FCO as a Team Leader of Overseas Security, as a Desk Officer for Chile, Paraguay and Brazil and as Vice Consul at the Embassy in Dubai.
Prior to joining the FCO Rossa worked in a number or roles across the private and public sector, on projects such as child poverty and long-term unemployment.
Rossa is originally from London, and studied for his undergraduate in Philosophy and Theology and his masters in the Study of Religion at the University of Oxford.
