Rozanne Kidd

Biography
Rozanne joined the RPA in July 2021 from Her Majesty’s Passport Office (HMPO) where she was the Devolved Nations Operational Deputy Director for 3 years. She has extensive public sector leadership experience at national and regional levels and joined the Home Office from Department for Work & Pensions where she had worked in a number of Directorates UK-wide. Prior to July 2024 Rozanne was the RPA’s Agricultural Transition Director responsible for processing the three land-based Schemes; Environmental Stewardship, Basic Payment Scheme and Countryside Stewardship. Rozanne is also Deputy Head of Place for Scotland, DEFRA Group Deputy Head of Profession for Operational Delivery Profession (ODP) and Senior Sponsor for the CERAE ( Care Experienced, Refugee and Estranged ) Civil Service Network.

Responsible for ensuring RPA has the right people with the right skills working in an inclusive and supportive environment that results in excellent customer service and people outcomes within RPA and working with partners and stakeholders in and outside of DEFRA Group.
