Sarah Doherty
Biography
Sarah joined The Adjudicator’s Office in July 2017 and has recently taken up a new role as Head of Insight, Engagement and Learning having previously led on Business Management and Transformation.
Before joining The Adjudicator’s Office Sarah worked for HMRC where she undertook a range of roles in specialist tax areas, including leadership and operational management of customer service teams, complaints manager and stakeholder liaison with Trust and Estates Practitioners.
Sarah is an active member of The Ombudsman Association and is an accredited strengths coach.
