Shilpi Sahai

Biography

Shilpi Sahai, M.B.A, Fellow-Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, took up the post of Chief People Officer in July 2023. Her previous role was Deputy Director HR & OD at NHSEI, London Shared Services. Shilpi’s areas of specialism and experience are large scale transformational change and people strategy.  She has a range of experience and expertise, gained in several senior roles working across the National Health Service, primarily in London’s large Acute Trusts and has also worked in a Mental health Trust.
