Stephen Gifford is an economist with 30 years of professional experience across the public and private sector. Stephen has expertise in economic regulation, competition, economic policy, economic appraisal, evaluation, economic impact analysis, econometrics, transport economics, regeneration, macroeconomics and infrastructure.
