Steve Beel
Biography
Steve was the Country Head in Zambia. He took up this role in November 2019. He previously led all DFID’s economic development work in Zambia. Earlier in his career he worked at Ofgem as a Commercial Director and before that at Hutchison Whampoa and PwC.
