Steven Komakech
Biography
Steven is a Transformation Programme Manager at NHS England leading work with the Integrated Care Systems (ICS) and Trusts on Workforce Development, Transformation, Redesign and the Long -Term Workforce Plan. Before assuming this role, Steven was the Delivery Lead for National Workforce Planning and Intelligence.
Steven has 21 years NHS experience having joined the NHS on a graduate programme. He trained across 4 Trusts in London. Prior to joining NHS England, he was Head of Workforce Planning and Intelligence for several Trusts and led improvement programmes for 15 years in some of the biggest Trusts in London and the UK.
Steven holds a BSc. Chemistry from University College London (UCL), an MSc in Health Services Management from City University London, and post graduate qualifications in Strategic Workforce Planning from Manchester University. He is a Chartered member of the Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD) and holds certifications in PRINCE2, Agile, and Managing Successful Programmes (MSP).
