Tiffany Sadler

Biography

Tiffany Sadler is Special Envoy to the Great Lakes and Head of Central and Southern Africa Department in the FCDO. She took up her appointment in July 2024.

Tiffany most recently served as His Majesty’s Ambassador to the Republic of Slovenia. Previously she was Director of the Tech Overhaul Programme in the FCDO, Additional Director for Eastern Europe and Central Asia Directorate and Deputy Head of Mission, Tbilisi.

Her other previous roles include working on energy policy in HM Treasury, on EU/Africa policy in FCDO and a posting as Second Secretary in Yangon.  She was previously a Junior Research Fellow at Oxford University, researching desertification in Egypt, and has an MSc in Public Financial Policy from the London School of Economics. Tiffany speaks Burmese and Slovene.
