Biography
Tracy joined NRS in November 2023 as Interim General Counsel, moving from NDA legal where she was Head of Legal and Deputy General Counsel since 2021. Tracy joined NRS following Mark Cooper’s secondment to Great British Nuclear.
Tracy studied in Scotland and is dual qualified as a lawyer in both Scotland and England / Wales. She originally trained as an environment and safety lawyer working in private practice law firms and then joined the NDA group as an inhouse lawyer at Sellafield in 2009 and the NDA in 2019.
Tracy has a broad regulatory and commercial legal background and a deep level of experience of working in an operating nuclear company from her time at Sellafield.
