In December 2013 the Education Funding Agency announced that funding for 18-year-olds in full time education would be reduced by 17.5%.
This letter from Matthew Hancock MP, Minister for Skills, was sent to all members of parliaments on 13 March 2014. It sets out mitigation of this reduction.
