The 19+ allocations technical guidance sets out how we calculate funding allocations for the 2024 to 2025 funding year for:
- apprenticeships non-levy procured
- ESFA adult skills fund (ASF)
- advanced learner loans facilities and bursaries
- apprenticeships carry-in (non-procured)

We have updated section 12 'Apprenticeships carry-in (non-procured)' ready for the release of these allocations.

We have updated section 9 'ESFA adult skills fund contract for services (procured from August 2023)', and also section 5 'business case process' with business case deadlines, now that we have issued these allocations. We have also updated figures 1 and 2 for clarity.
