Details

The Bilateral Programme Fund (BPF) 2015-2016 Bidding Round is now open to support the British Embassy’s priority areas of work in Indonesia and Timor-Leste.

In 2014-2015 the Fund in Indonesia will focus on:

  • Human Rights

  • Good Governance

  • Engagement with the regional governments of Jakarta, Surabaya and Bandung

In Timor Leste it will focus on:

  • Human Rights

  • Education

  • Peace and Reconciliation

We welcome applications for funding for projects in these areas from government, NGOs, civil society, universities and think tanks. Priority will be given to proposals with high impact and concrete outcomes.

We accept applications for co-funding of larger projects.

How to bid

Please read the attached guidelines and FAQs carefully before you complete the attached concept note.

Budgets will be assessed for value for money. Only concept notes with reasonable/ acceptable budgets will be considered.

Deadlines

Please email your completed concept note to bilateral.jakarta@fco.gov.uk

No concept note will be considered after 17 April 2015 at 1300hrs (Jakarta’s time). You will receive an automatic notification from the British Embassy Jakarta when we receive your concept note.
