A key principle of the 2016 National Broadband Scheme (NBS) is that implementing bodies are able to determine the procurement approach that is right for them. The following document outlines the available procurement models. This guidance is designed for procurements, regardless of the delivery and funding model chosen by the implementing body. Details regarding the funding and delivery models can be found in separate guidance on the BDUK website.
