Details

The cost of delivering local government services varies across the country. The Area Cost Adjustment (ACA) is a tool used to measure this variation in costs for local authorities in England.

The 2021 ACA was used in the calculation of the 2022/23 Local Council Tax Support (LCTS) admin subsidy grant.
