We have received a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 for the following: 

• Correspondence between the Home Office and/or its ministers and the Crown Prosecution Service;

• Correspondence between the Home Office and/or its ministers and South Wales Police;

• Correspondence between the Home Office and/or its ministers and the Independent Police Complaints Commission in the  period 1st January 2011 - 1st February 2012. 

• Any correspondence in relation to the trial of R v Mouncher & others, which collapsed in December 2011, and the investigation which led to this prosecution.
