Can you supply me with all relevant information (recorded and in any other form) as regards to what remit or briefing was given to Tom Winsor, with regards to his review of police officer and staff pay and conditions and what the desired outcome was.

We released the following information on 3 May 2012 The terms of reference for the review are public.

Inculded is a PDF letter sent to Tom Winsor on 6 May 2011 about the scope and timing of the part 2 report in relation to police pensions’ issues.
