Details

An effective safety culture is necessary for operating safely. It means organisations must be able to learn from their mistakes and continuously improve. Underpinning this is the concept of a ‘just culture’.

This information sheet covers:

  • on-board ‘safety culture’, which is essential to safe operations
  • ‘just culture’, which sees human error as a way for organisations and staff to learn and improve
