Details

Following comments by the judge in the case of HM Advocate v. Ross Monaghan, the Forensic Science Regulator was, in 2012, invited to review the performance of the Scottish Police Services Authority forensic science directorate in that case.

This document is the Forensic Science Regulator’s report on the case. The publication of the report was delayed as a result of ongoing investigations and prosecutions.
