This letter conveys the Secretaries of State for Transport and Communities & Local Government’s decision on draft A21 Tonbridge to Pembury dualling scheme orders. The Secretaries of State explain that they propose to accept an inspector’s recommendations about the orders, subject to the conditions outlined.
These orders will be made under the Highways Act 1980.
