Details

National Highways’ full business case (FBC) for the delivery of the A417 missing link scheme.

This scheme will replace a 3.5 mile section of single-lane carriageway to a dual carriageway which connects the existing Brockworth bypass and Cowley roundabout in Gloucestershire.

The FBC covers the following 5 dimensions for the investment in the scheme, which are:

  • strategic
  • economic
  • financial
  • commercial
  • management

The accounting officer assessment of the scheme was completed in April 2022.
