  • revoke the operator licence held by ABC Skip Hire Ltd with effect from 16 February 2019
  • disqualify Balwinder Singh for a period of 2 years with effect from 16 February 2019 from holding or obtaining an operator’s licence in any traffic area and from being director of any company holding or obtaining such a licence
