Academy property transactions: advice and forms
Property information notes (PINs) and forms relating to academy property transactions.
Documents
Details
These property information notes (PINs) and forms are for academies to use when conducting property transactions. EFA is developing online forms for property transactions. The first online form is for academies seeking permission to buy land or a building or to take on a lease of land or a building. This replaces PIN C and form C. Other online forms will be available later in 2015.
