Details

The Claimant alleged that the Union had breached section 30 of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 by failing to comply with his request for access to the accounting records of his branch. The Certification Officer dismissed the complaint on withdrawal by the Claimant.
