This report reviews the impact of efforts to provide good access to primary care services.

It reviews levels of hospitalisation for the four vulnerable groups identified in the Inclusion Health programme:

  • vulnerable migrants
  • Gypsies and Travellers
  • people who are homeless
  • sex workers
