You can use the British Sign Language (BSL) Adjustments Planner if BSL is your first language and need support to move into work or stay in a job.

Use the BSL Adjustments Planner to:

  • record any support or changes (known as reasonable adjustments) may may need when you are in work or moving into work
  • raise awareness of Access to Work
  • support your Access to Work application

If you do not need the BSL Adjustments Planner but do have a disability or health condition that makes it harder for you to move into or stay in work, you can use the Health Adjustment Passport.
