Details

The accessibility action plan identifies the Department for Transport’s priorities for improving disabled people’s experience of public transport.

The main topics of focus are:

  • improving accessibility
  • providing better information for travellers
  • improving attitudes and behaviour to disabled passengers

The transport accessibility action plan is being revised through consultation. The consultation closed at 11:45pm on 15 November 2017.
