If you have been served with a claim in the Regional Commercial Court, you must complete and return this form in the time stated on the claim. You can send it to the court using the E-Filing service.

If you do not file an acknowledgment of service, the court may enter a judgment against you. The court may add costs and interest to the amount claimed on the front of the claim form.
