Details

If you have been served with a claim made under CPR Part 8 in the London Commercial Court, you must complete and return this form in the time stated on the claim. You can send it to the court using the E-Filing service.

If you do not return the acknowledgment of service, you will be allowed to attend any hearing of the claim. However, you will not be allowed to take part in the hearing unless the court gives you permission to do so.
