This acknowledgement form is for respondents in an application for a judicial review in an immigration or asylum case.

There is no fee to give your acknowledgement of service.

Send your acknowledgement to the Upper Tribunal regional office stated in the application your received a copy of. Find the address in the form.

You must send your acknowledgement so the Tribunal receives it no later than 21 days after you received the copy of the application.
