Details

The ACMD recommends that 1-benzylpiperazine (BZP) is brought under control of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971. In addition, the ACMD recognises a group of substituted piperazines identified in this report (Annex 4) (of which BZP is one) which are, or have the potential to be, misused.
