The Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs (ACMD) Nitrous Oxide working group has issued a call for evidence to help in their formulation of advice to government.

The deadline to submit written feedback is Tuesday 21 February 2023.

This questionnaire is not in an accessible format. If you need help completing it or are unable to use Microsoft Word please email acmd@homeoffice.gov.uk.

On Tuesday 7 February 2023, the Minister of State for Crime, Policing and Fire commissioned the ACMD to expedite this review and provide advice by the end of February 2023.
