Details

The Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, Kwasi Kwarteng, has made a final order under the National Security and Investment Act 2021 in respect of the acquisition of Sepura Ltd by Epiris LLP, Epiris GP and Sword Bidco Ltd.

On 26 July 2023, the Secretary of State in the Cabinet Office (“the Secretary of State”) made the decision to vary the final order.

On 27 June 2024, the Secretary of State in the Cabinet Office made the decision to revoke the final order.
