Details

Health professionals are requested to report all cases of acute flaccid paralysis (AFP) that meet the case definition, including retrospective reporting for cases with an onset date in 2018.

  • data security

Please use the patient summary form to report all cases of AFP to UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA).
